支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰术联合亚胺培南西司他丁钠治疗肺部感染的临床效果

目的观察支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰术联合亚胺培南西司他丁钠治疗肺部感染的临床效果。方法将86例肺部感染患者随机分为A组(43例,亚胺培南西司他丁钠治疗)和B组(43例,支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰术联合亚胺培南西司他丁钠治疗)。比较两组的临床效果。结果B组的治疗总有效率高于A组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的MIP-1α、PCT、IL-6、IL-8水平及CPIS评分、PaCO₂均降低,SaO₂、PaO₂均升高,且B组优于A组(P<0.05)。结论支气管镜肺泡灌洗吸痰术联合亚胺培南西司他丁钠治疗肺部感染的效果显著,可有效改善患者的炎症因子及血气指标水平,缓解患者肺部感染程度。

Clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage and sputum intubation combined with imipenem cilastatin sodium in the treatment of pulmonary infection

Objective To observe the clinical effect of bronchoalveolar lavage and sputum intubation combined with imipenem cilastatin sodium in the treatment of pulmonary infection.Methods Eighty-six patients with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into group A(43 cases,treated with imipenem cilastatin sodium)and group B(43 cases,treated with bronchoalveolar lavage and sputum intubation combined with imipenem cilastatin sodium).The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the group B was higher than that in the group A(P<0.05).After treatment,the MIP-1α,PCT,IL-6,IL-8 levels,CPIS score and PaCO₂in the two groups decreased,while SaO₂and PaO₂increased,and those in the group B were better than the group A(P<0.05).Conclusion Bronchoalveolar lavage and sputum intubation combined with imipenem cilastatin sodium in the treatment of pulmonary infection has significant effect,which can effectively improve the levels of inflammatory factors and blood gas indexes,and alleviate the degree of pulmonary infection.
