| 摘 要： | 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)是呼吸科常见的一种疾病,以睡眠时上气道反复塌陷引起的间歇性缺氧并伴有睡眠片段化为特征。当OSAHS合并慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)时称为重叠综合征,两种疾病在发生、发展上存在复杂的交互作用,严重影响患者的生活质量和预后,现对OSAHS与COPD之间相互影响及可能的机制作一综述。

| Abstract: | Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is a common disease in respiratory department,which is characterized by intermittent hypoxia caused by repeated collapse of the upper airway during sleep and accompanied by sleep fragmentation.When OSAHS is combined with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),it is called OSAHS-COPD overlap syndrome.There are complex interactions between the occurrence and development of the two diseases,which seriously affect patients′quality of life and prognosis.This article reviews the interaction between OSAHS and COPD and its possible mechanisms. |
