Effects of early new cardiac rehabilitation model on myocardial perfusion and cardiopulmonary function in patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI

Objective To explore the intervention effect of early new cardiac rehabilitation model on patients with acute myocardial infarction after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Eighty patients with acute myocardial infarction undergoing PCI from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by conventional cardiac rehabilitation model,and the observation group was intervened by early new cardiac rehabilitation model.Myocardial perfusion,cardiopulmonary function indexes and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the TIMI blood flow grade of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the CO and LVEF of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,the PAP was lower than that before intervention,and those of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early new cardiac rehabilitation model for patients with acute myocardial infarction after PCI is helpful to promote the improvement of myocardial blood flow perfusion and cardiopulmonary function,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
