后疫情时代大型综合医院加快推进中西医结合发展实践与思考

分析了新冠肺炎后疫情时代加快大型综合医院中西医结合发展的可行性和必要性。以华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院为例,总结了其在中西医结合技术创新、医教协同、学科评估、发展规划、平台构建方面的经验做法。建议在后疫情时代应从强化医保基金引导支持、鼓励中西医联合科技攻关、强化中西医结合人才培养等方面提升大型综合医院中西医结合影响力。

Practice and thinking of promoting the development of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in large general hospitals in the post COVID-19 era

This paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of accelerating the development of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in large general hospitals in the post COVID-19 era.Take Union Hospital Tongji Medical College Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper summarizes its experience and practice in technology innovation,medical education coordination,subject evaluation,development planning and platform construction of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.It is suggested that in the post COVID-19 era,we should strengthen the guidance and support of medical insurance fund,encourage the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in scientific and technological research,and speed up the training of talents in the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in large-scale general hospitals.
