suPAR检测在慢性乙肝患者肝纤维化分期诊断中的应用价值

目的探讨可溶性尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活物受体(suPAR)检测在慢性乙肝(CHB)患者肝纤维化分期诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2018年4月至2020年4月我院收治的70例CHB患者作为研究组,另选同期我院70名体检健康者作为对照组。研究组均行肝穿刺活检,根据患者肝纤维化分期进行讨论。比较两组血清suPAR、PⅢNP、Ⅳ-C、HA、LN水平及不同肝纤维化分期CHB患者血清suPAR、PⅢNP、Ⅳ-C、HA、LN水平,采用Pearson相关性分析CHB患者血清suPAR水平与血清PⅢNP、Ⅳ-C、HA、LB水平的相关性。结果研究组血清suPAR、PⅢNP、Ⅳ-C、HA、LN水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。随着肝纤维化程度的加重,CHB患者血清suPAR、PⅢNP、Ⅳ-C、HA、LN水平均不断升高,不同肝纤维化分期CHB患者血清suPAR、PⅢNP、Ⅳ-C、HA、LN水平两两比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,CHB患者血清suPAR水平与血清PⅢNP、Ⅳ-C、HA、LN水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论血清suPAR可作为CHB肝纤维化诊断的生物标志物,通过检测CHB患者的suPAR水平可在一定程度上反映肝纤维化程度。

Application value of suPAR detection in staging diagnosis of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective To explore the application value of soluble urokinase plasminogen activator receptor(suPAR)detection in staging diagnosis of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods A total of 70 patients with CHB admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were selected as study group,and another 70 healthy people in our hospital at the same period were selected as control group.The study group underwent liver biopsy and discussed according to the stages of liver fibrosis.The levels of serum suPAR,PⅢNP,Ⅳ-C,HA and LN were compared between the two groups,and the levels of serum suPAR,PⅢNP,Ⅳ-C,HA and LN in CHB patients with different stages of liver fibrosis were compared.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the levels of serum suPAR and the levels of serum PⅢNP,Ⅳ-C,HA and LN in CHB patients.Results The levels of serum suPAR,PⅢNP,Ⅳ-C,HA and LN in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).With the aggravation of liver fibrosis,the levels of serum suPAR,PⅢNP,Ⅳ-C,HA and LN in CHB patients increased continuously,there were significant differences in the levels of serum suPAR,PⅢNP,Ⅳ-C,HA and LN in CHB patients with different stages of liver fibrosis(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis result showed that serum suPAR level was positively correlated with serum PⅢNP,Ⅳ-C,HA and LN levels in CHB patients(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum suPAR can be used as a biomarker for the diagnosis of liver fibrosis in CHB patients.The detection of suPAR level in CHB patients can reflect the degree of liver fibrosis to a certain extent.
