高频超声在早期诊断类风湿性关节炎手部关节病变中的效果分析

目的:研究高频超声用于类风湿性关节炎手部关节病变早期诊断类的临床价值。方法:择选出于我院经病理诊断确认为类风湿性关节炎手部关节早期病变病患49例,对所有病患开展高频超声检查,对比两种方式结果的差异。结果:病理诊断和高频超声诊断各检出关节滑膜炎19例/18例,关节积液17例/17例,肌腱腱鞘炎13例/12例,高频超声检出率分别为94.73%/100.00%/92.30%,2种方法诊断结果无明显差异,P>0.05。结论:风湿性关节炎手部关节早期病变采用高频超声进行疾病诊断的准确率较高,诊断结果接近病理诊断,建议临床推广。

Analysis of the effect of high-frequency ultrasound in the early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis hand joint disease

Objective To study the clinical value of high-frequency ultrasound for early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis hand joint disease.Methods 49 patients with early stage disease of the hand joints of rheumatoid arthritis confirmed by pathological diagnosis in our hospital were selected.High-frequency ultrasonography was performed on all patients to compare the differences between the results of the two methods.Results Pathological diagnosis and high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis each detected 19 cases/18 cases of joint synovitis,17 cases/17 cases of joint effusion,13 cases/12 cases of tendonosynovitis,and the detection rate of high-frequency ultrasound was 94.73%/100.00%respectively./92.30%,there was no significant difference in the diagnosis results of the two methods,P>0.05.Conclusion Early diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis of hand joints with high frequency ultrasound is more accurate,and the diagnosis results are close to the pathological diagnosis,and clinical promotion is recommended.
