“长安朱氏骨伤流派膝骨关节炎特色诊疗方案”的临床价值

目的验证"长安朱氏骨伤流派膝骨关节炎特色诊疗方案"的临床有效性。方法将确诊为膝骨关节炎(KOA)的120例患者采用随机数字法分成观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组采用"长安朱氏骨伤流派膝骨关节炎特色诊疗方案",对照组采取传统KOA诊疗方案。两组均治疗4周。比较两组治疗前、后的WOMAC评分,血清IL-1β、TNF-α水平和临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组疼痛、僵硬、功能积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组疼痛、僵硬、功能积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组IL-1β、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-1β、TNF-α水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论"长安朱氏骨伤流派膝骨关节炎特色诊疗方案"临床疗效肯定,针对性强,操作简单方便,值得临床推广使用。

Clinical value of"characteristic diagnosis and treatment scheme for knee osteoarthritis of Chang'an Zhu's traumatology and orthopedics school"

Objective To verify the clinical effectiveness of"characteristic diagnosis and treatment scheme for knee osteoarthritis of Chang'an Zhu's traumatology and orthopedics school".Methods A total of 120 patients diagnosed as knee osteoarthritis(KOA)were divided into observation group and control group using random number method,with 60 cases in each group.The observation group adopted the"characteristic diagnosis and treatment scheme of Chang'an Zhu's traumatology and orthopedics school",and the control group adopted the traditional diagnosis and treatment scheme of KOA.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,the WOMAC score,serum IL-1β,TNF-αlevels before and after treatment and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the scores of pain,stiffness and function between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of pain,stiffness and function in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αbetween the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-1βand TNF-αin the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The"characteristic diagnosis and treatment scheme of Chang'an Zhu's traumatology and orthopedics school"has definite clinical effect,strong pertinence,simple and convenient operation,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
