口腔正畸联合修复治疗成人错颌畸形的临床效果及满意度

目的分析口腔正畸联合修复治疗成人错颌畸形的临床效果及满意度。方法选取我院2017年1月至2020年1月收治的40例成人错颌畸形患者作为研究对象,按照治疗方法将其分为对照组(n=20,口腔正畸治疗)与研究组(n=20,口腔正畸联合修复治疗)。比较两组的牙齿功能评分、舒适度与协调美观评分、修复效果、治疗满意度与治疗时间。结果治疗后,两组的语言功能、咀嚼功能、舒适度、协调美观评分均高于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的修复总有效率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的治疗满意度高于对照组,治疗时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口腔正畸联合修复治疗成人错颌畸形患者的效果显著,可提高治疗满意度,缩短治疗时间。

Clinical effect and satisfaction of orthodontics combined with prosthodontics in the treatment of adult malocclusion

Objective To analyze the clinical effect and satisfaction of orthodontics combined with prosthodontics in the treatment of adult malocclusion.Methods A total of 40 adult malocclusion patients admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(n=20,orthodontic treatment)and study group(n=20,orthodontics combined with prosthodontics treatment)according to the treatment methods.The tooth function score,comfort and coordination and aesthetics score,restoration effect,treatment satisfaction and treatment time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores of language function,chewing function,comfort,coordination and aesthetics in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of restoration in the study group was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the treatment time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontics combined with prosthodontics in the treatment of paients with adult malocclusion has significant effect,it can improve the treatment satisfaction,shorten the treatment time.
