| Abstract: | Shanghai Hospital Development Center(SHDC)based on the main responsibilities of Shanghai municipal hospitals,had explored and constructed a set of systematic and comprehensive strategic planning system covering the overall planning,special planning and hospital planning of municipal hospitals,and use the"Five-Year Plan-annual plan-Key Projects-budget arrangement-project implementation-Performance Evaluation"closed-loop management to do planning guidance,and through strategic planning and management,push Shanghai municipal public hospitals to further clarify the development direction,continuously improve the modern management ability and level of hospitals,and take a stable and high-quality development path. |
