贝那普利联合比索洛尔对高血压合并冠心病患者血压控制、心功能、炎症因子水平的改善效果

目的分析贝那普利联合比索洛尔对高血压合并冠心病患者血压控制、心功能、炎症因子水平的改善效果。方法将我院2018年1月至2019年6月收治的98例高血压合并冠心病患者按治疗方案分为对照组和观察组,各49例。对照组给予贝那普利治疗,观察组给予贝那普利联合比索洛尔治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的DBP、SBP、TC、TG、hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的LVEF、RWT、CI、LVEDd优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗期间心血管事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合比索洛尔治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果显著,且安全性高,可有效降低患者血压、血脂指标水平,控制炎症因子水平,提高心功能,值得临床应用。

Improvement effect of benazepril combined with bisoprolol on blood pressure control,cardiac function and inflammatory factor levels in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease

Objective To analyze the improvement effect of benazepril combined with bisoprolol on blood pressure control,cardiac function and inflammatory factors levels in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 98 patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into control group and observation group according to the treatment plan,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with benazepril,and the observation group was treated with benazepril combined with bisoprolol.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,DBP,SBP,the levels of TC,TG,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF,RWT,CI and LVEDd of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of cardiovascular events during treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Benazepril combined with bisoprolol in the treatment of hypertension and coronary heart disease has a significant effect,with high safety.It can effectively reduce the blood pressure and blood lipid indexes levels of patients,control inflammation factor levels,and improve heart function,which is worthy of clinical application.
