Effects of predictive nursing combined with rehabilitation function exercise on physiological and psychological status of primiparas after painless delivery

Objective To explore the effects of predictive nursing combined with rehabilitation function exercise on physiological and psychological status of primiparas after painless delivery.Methods A total of 92 primiparas with painless delivery admitted in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the primiparas were divided into reference group(46 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(46 cases,predictive nursing combined with rehabilitation function exercise)according to the digital random method.The living conditions,complications and postpartum psychological status of the two groups were compared.Results The time of getting out of bed in the observation group was earlier than that in the reference group,the vaginal muscle tension and FSFI score were higher than those in the reference group,and the PSQI score was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postpartum complications in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The GCQ score in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group,and the HAMA and HAMD scores in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The predictive nursing combined with rehabilitation function exercise can significantly improve the postpartum physiological and psychological status of primipara in painless delivery.
