舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸曲唑酮治疗肝郁脾虚型中度单相抑郁症的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响

目的探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸曲唑酮治疗肝郁脾虚型中度单相抑郁症的效果及对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月收治的86例肝郁脾虚型中度单相抑郁症患者进行观察,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组采用盐酸曲唑酮治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合舒肝解郁胶囊治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者SDS、PSQI评分低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者DA、5-HT水平显著高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者GQOL-74各维度评分显著高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α水平显著低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒肝解郁胶囊联合盐酸曲唑酮应用于肝郁脾虚型中度单相抑郁症中,能改善患者的抑郁症状、睡眠质量,提高生活质量,也能减轻炎症反应,值得推广。

Effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with trazodone hydrochloride in the treatment of moderate unipolar depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency type and its influence on sleep quality of patients

Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with trazodone hydrochloride in the treatment of moderate unipolar depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency type and its influence on sleep quality of patients.Methods A total of 86 patients with moderate unipolar depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency type admitted from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected for study and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trazodone hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Shugan Jieyu capsule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the SDS and PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of DA and 5-HT in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the each dimension scores of GQOL-74 in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1β,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Shugan Jieyu capsule combined with trazodone hydrochloride applied in moderate unipolar depression of liver depression and spleen deficiency type can improve depression symptoms,sleep quality and quality of life,and reduce inflammatory reaction of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
