康复护理结合功能锻炼指导对宫颈癌患者术后膀胱功能恢复的影响

目的观察康复护理结合功能锻炼指导对宫颈癌患者术后膀胱功能恢复的影响。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年1月在我院行宫颈癌根治术的200例宫颈癌患者的临床资料,按护理方式的不同将患者分为对照组和观察组,各100例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予康复护理结合功能锻炼指导。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组患者的膀胱功能恢复率、自解小便率显著高于对照组,尿潴留及再置尿管发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理2周后,两组的HHI各项评分均升高,且观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理6个月后,两组的EORTC QLQ-C30各项评分均改善,且观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复护理结合功能锻炼指导能够有效提高宫颈癌患者术后膀胱功能恢复率和自解小便率,降低尿潴留及再置尿管发生率,改善患者希望水平和生活质量,临床应用价值显著。

Effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise guidance on bladder function recovery of cervical cancer patients after operation

Objective To observe the effect of rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise guidance on bladder function recovery of cervical cancer patients after operation.Methods The clinical data of 200 patients with cervical cancer who underwent radical hysterectomy in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different nursing methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise guidance on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery rate of bladder function and self urination rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of urinary retention and reimplantation catheter were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of nursing,the HHI scores of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After 6 months of nursing,the EORTC QLQ-C30 scores of the two groups improved,and those in the observation group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing combined with functional exercise guidance can effectively improve the recovery rate of bladder function and self urination rate,reduce the incidence of urinary retention and reimplantation catheter,and ameliorate the level of hope and quality of life of patients with cervical cancer,with significant application value in clinic.
