强化健康教育联合营养干预对1型糖尿病儿童血糖控制的影响

目的观察强化健康教育联合营养干预对1型糖尿病儿童血糖控制的影响。方法选取2017年5月至2020年3月我院收治的60例1型糖尿病患儿作为研究对象,按照入院顺序将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上进行强化健康教育联合营养干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组CSSD70评分、DCP各项评分及GQOL-74各项评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论强化健康教育联合营养干预能够有效改善1型糖尿病患儿血糖指标水平和自我管理能力,促进其病情得到有效控制,并提高其生活质量。

Effect of intensive health education combined with nutritional intervention on blood glucose control in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus

Objective To observe the effect of intensive health education combined with nutritional intervention on blood glucose control in children with type 1 diabetes mellitus.Methods Sixty children with type 1 diabetes mellitus admitted in our hospital from May 2017 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received intensive health education combined with nutritional intervention on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the levels of FBG,2 h PG and HbA1c in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of CSSD70,DCP and GQOL-74 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive health education combined with nutritional intervention can effectively improve the levels of blood glucose indexes and self-management ability,promote the effective control of disease,and improve the quality of life of children with type 1 diabetesmellitus.
