Objective To study the effect of abdominal X line and CT in diagnosis of acute intestinal obstruction.Methods January-December 2019,A total of 45 patients with suspected acute ileus admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,X and CT tests were performed on all patients,The sensitivity and specificity of the two findings were compared with those of pathology,Accuracy;And the coincidence rate of the two diagnostic types.Results After surgical and pathological diagnosis,Of the 45 suspected cases,38 cases of acute intestinal obstruction,Incidence rate 84.44 per cent;Simple obstruction in 12 cases,Of 15 cases of strangulated obstruction,Dynamic obstruction in 11 cases.CT diagnosis rate of acute intestinal obstruction was higher than X,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The diagnostic accuracy of acute intestinal obstruction was higher than that of abdominal X,Promote the recovery of patients.
