针刺会阴穴治疗中风后尿失禁的临床效果

目的探究针刺会阴穴治疗中风后尿失禁的临床效果,为临床针刺取穴提供参考。方法选取2018年4月至2019年10月陕西省中医医院收治的80例中风后尿失禁患者为研究对象,随机将其分成对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组给予常规针刺(针刺治疗尿失禁的穴位),试验组在对照组的基础上针刺会阴穴。比较两组患者的临床疗效和治疗不同时间段的膀胱残余尿量。结果试验组的临床疗效优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗2、4周时的膀胱残余尿量减少量大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗2、4周后的膀胱残余尿量均少于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗2、4周后的膀胱残余尿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗4周后的膀胱残余尿量少于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前与治疗2周后的膀胱残余尿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗2、4周后的膀胱残余尿量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论针刺会阴穴治疗中风后尿失禁可提高临床效果。

Clinical effect of acupuncture at Huiyin point on urinary incontinence after stroke

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture at Huiyin point in the treatment of urinary incontinence after stroke,so as to provide reference for clinical acupuncture.Methods Eighty patients with urinary incontinence after stroke admitted in Shaanxi traditional Chinese medicine hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional acupuncture(acupuncture points for urinary incontinence),and the experimental group was given acupuncture at Huiyin point on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and bladder residual urine volume in different periods of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The reduction of bladder residual urine volume in the experimental group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were more than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The bladder residual urine volumes of the experimental group at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment were less than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bladder residual urine volume at 2 and 4 weeks after treatment in the experimental group(P>0.05).The bladder residual urine volume of the control group after 4 weeks of treatment was less than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bladder residual urine volume before treatment and after 2 weeks of treatment in the control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in bladder residual urine volume after 2 and 4 weeks after treatment in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture at Huiyin point can improve the clinical efficacy for urinary incontinence after stroke.
