布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石混悬液治疗RVE患儿的效果及对机体炎症反应、细胞免疫功能的影响

目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石混悬液治疗轮状病毒性肠炎(RVE)患儿的效果及对机体炎症反应、细胞免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2020年10月我院收治的150例RVE患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组给予蒙脱石混悬液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合布拉氏酵母菌散治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、住院时间、炎症因子指标、细胞免疫功能指标、继发性腹泻发生情况及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组退热时间、止泻时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PCT、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,CD3⁺、CD4/CD8及IgG、IgA、IgM水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月内,观察组继发性腹泻发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌散联合蒙脱石混悬液治疗RVE患儿效果较好,可改善患儿临床症状,缩短住院时间,减轻机体炎症反应,调节免疫功能,且不良反应少,安全性良好。

Effect of Saccharomyces boulardii powder combined with montmorillonite suspension in the treatment of children with RVE and its influence on inflammatory reaction and cellular immune function

Objective To investigate the effect of Saccharomyces boulardii powder combined with montmorillonite suspension in the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis(RVE)and its influence on inflammatory response and cellular immune function.Methods A total of 150 children with RVE admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to October 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montmorillonite suspension,and the observation group was treated with Saccharomyces boulardii powder on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,hospitalization time,inflammatory factors,cellular immune function,secondary diarrhea and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,antidiarrheal time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PCT,IL-6 and TNF-αof the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the CD3⁺,CD4/CD8 and the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Within one month after treatment,the incidence of secondary diarrhea of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii powder combined with montmorillonite suspension in the treatment of children with RVE has a good effect,which can improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the hospitalization time,reduce the inflammatory reaction,regulate the immune function,and has less adverse reactions and good safety.
