| 摘 要： | 目的 了解不同ＰＨ阶段分析在食道２４小时ＰＨ监测中的意义。方法 通过食道２４ＰＨ监测,观察１２２例胃镜下确诊的反流性食道炎患者,并进行不同ＰＨ阶段分析,结果 按照Ｄｅｍｅｅｓｔｅｒ计分大于或等于１４．７２分为异常（即ＰＨ小于４阶段分析）,食道２４小时ＰＨ监测与胃镜在诊断反流性食道炎方面的相符率为６３．９％;而按Ｄｅｍｅｅｓｔｅｒ不同ＰＨ阶段为正常的分析,在ＰＨ小于１、２、３、５、大于７和大于８阶段
