参乌冠心丸对老年冠心病T淋巴细胞亚群等影响研究

从参乌冠心丸对３５例老年冠心病患者的Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群、氧自由基进行治疗前后的对照观察研究，其结果表明：治疗后ＣＤ８明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０２），而ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８比值则明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＲＢＣ－ＳＯＤ、ＲＢＣ－ＣＡＴ治疗后明显升高（Ｐ＜０．００１），而ＬＰＯ则明显下降（Ｐ＜０．００１），说明该药有调节细胞免疫功能、抗氧自由基损伤、保护内皮细胞等作用。

On the effect of Shenwu Guanxin Wan on T lymphocytes subpopulation of the patients with senile coronary disease

By observing and studying on the change of T lymphocytes subpopulation and oxyradical of 35 cases with senile coronary heart disease treated with Shenwu Guanxin Wan before and after treatment,we can find that:after treatment,CD8 decreased significantly(<0.02),but the ratio of CD4 to CD8 markedly increased(P<0.01),and there are also a striking rise in RBC-SOD and RBC-CAT(P<0.001),however,LPO grossly reduced(P<0.001).The above have suggested that this medicine can regulate the cell immunity function,antioxyradical damage and protect endotheliocyte.
