沙丁胺醇与沐舒坦联合氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗老年肺炎预后探讨

目的分析探讨沙丁胺醇与沐舒坦联合氧气驱动雾化吸入对于治疗老年肺炎的预后。方法随机选取2010年5月-2013年5月在该院进行治疗的46例肺炎老年患者，平均分为治疗组和对照组，各23例。两组患者均给予抗生素等常规治疗，治疗组患者加用沙丁胺醇与沐舒坦联合氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗，对比分析两组患者的疗效和预后。结果治疗组患者显效率为60．87％，总有效率95．65％。而对照组中显效率30．43％，总有效率86．96％，两组的总有效率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），但治疗组的显效率显著高于对照组（P〈O．05）。而两组患者治疗后咳喘消失、肺部哕音消失及住院时间差异有统计学意义，对照组患者明显长于对照组。结论沙丁胺醇和沐舒坦联合氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗老年肺炎疗效和预后均较好，值得临床推广应用。

Discussion on the Prognosis of Senile Pneumonia Treated by Salbutamol Combined with Mucosolvin and Oxygen-driven Aerosol Inhalation

Objective To analyze and discuss the prognosis of senile pneumonia treated by salbutamol combined with mucosolvin and oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation. Methods 46 cases of patients with senile pneumonia admitted in our hospital from May, 2010 to May, 2013 were randomly selected and divided into the treatment group and the control group with 23 cases in each. Two groups of patients were given antibiotics and other conventional treatment. In addition, the treatment group was given salbutamol combined with mucosolvin and oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation. The efficacy and prognosis were compared between the two groups. Results The significant efficiency of the treatment group was 60.87%, the total effective rate was 95.65%, while that of the control group separately was 30.43% and 86.96%, there was no statistically significant difference between the groups in total effec- tive rate （/）〉0.05）, but the significant efficiency of the treatment group was obviously higher than of the control group （P〈0.05）. The cough and pulmonary rales disappearing time after the treatment and the length of hospital stay of the control group were obvi- ously longer than those of the treatment group, the differences were significant. Conclusion Salbutamol combined with mucosolvin and oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation is quite effective in the treatment of senile pneumonia and the prognosis of the patients is good, which is worthy of clinical application.
