2011—2013年淄博市中心医院肠内营养药物应用调查分析

目的:评价淄博市中心医院肠内营养药物的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:从医院信息系统中提取该院2011—2013年住院患者肠内营养制剂的使用数量、销售金额,利用限定日剂量(DDD)方法进行用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)、药物利用指数(DUI)的计算。结果:该院肠内营养药物的销售金额逐年上升,2013年比2011年增长了16倍。所有品种的DDDs均大幅增长,DUI反映出的药物应用情况与DDC一致。结论:临床医师对肠内营养支持的重视程度不断提高,如何促进临床营养治疗的合理开展,尚需要临床医师与药师的共同努力。

Utilization of Enteral Nutrition Drugs in Zibo Municipal Central Hospital from 2011 to 2013

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of enteral nutrition drugs in Zibo Municipal Central Hospital so as to pro-vide reference for clinical rational use of drugs. METHODS：The data regarding the consumption quantity and consumption sum of the enteral nutrition drugs from 2011 to 2013 were retrieved from hospital information database,with DDDs,defined daily cost （DDC） and drug utilization index （DUI） analyzed statistically by DDD method. RESULTS：The consumption sum of the enteral nutrition drugs increased year by year,showing 16-fold increase in 2013 as compared with 2011. The DDDs of all kinds of enteral nutrition drugs increased greatly. The drug use reflected by DUI was consistent with DDC. CONCLUSIONS：Clinicians are paying more and more attention to enteral nutritional support;how to promote rational use of clinical nutrition therapy needs the joint ef-forts of clinicians and pharmacists.
