2010—2012年解放军305医院他汀类降血脂药使用分析

目的:分析解放军305医院他汀类降血脂药的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对该院2010—2012年他汀类降血脂药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计与分析。结果:该院3年来他汀类降血脂药的销售金额、使用率呈逐年上升趋势,其中阿托伐他汀持续3年占他汀类降血脂药构成比的45%以上。结论:他汀类降血脂药目前已在该院临床科室广泛应用,基本符合当今降血脂药在临床的应用现状,但应加强用药监测,防止出现滥用现象。

Utilization of Statins Antilipemic Agents in No.305 Hospital of PLA from 2010 to 2012

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the utilization of statins antilipemic agents in our hospital （The 305 hospital of PLA） so as to provide reference for clinical rational use of statins.METHODS：The consumption sum and DDDs of statins antilipemic agents in our hospital during the period 2010-2012 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS：The consumption sum and the rate of patients using statins showed an upward trend,with atorvastatin accounting for over 45 ％ of all the statins antilipemic agents used in our hospital over the three consecutive years.CONCLUSIONS：Statin antilipemic agents has been widely used in our hospital,which is in line with the current status of the clinical use of antilipemic agents; however,it is important to tighten monitoring on the use of statins to prevent drug abuse.
