手术治疗跟骨关节内骨折

目的评估手术治疗有移位的跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法对28例跟骨关节内骨折采用外侧入路进行切开复位固定。随访时间6~26个月,平均13个月。结果全部病例达到近似解剖复位,Bohler角、Gissane角恢复正常。按跟骨关节内骨折评分标准对患足功能进行评分。本组优16侧,良14侧,可2侧,差1侧,优良率为90.9%。结论采用手术治疗有移位的跟骨关节内骨折能获得满意的疗效。

Operative Treatment of Calcaneus Intraarticular Fracture

Objective To assess the curative effect of dislocated calcaneus intrarticular fracture. Methods 28 cases of such patient were underwent operation with open reduction and fixation through lateral incision. The follow- up was 6 - 26 months with average 13 months. Results All cases had recovered with anatomic reduction and Bohler and Gissane angles were nonmal. According to the assessment methods, there were 16 cases excellent, 14 cases good and 2 cases satisfied and 1 bad. The good rate was 90.9%. Conclusion The open reduction and fixation of calcaneus intraarticular fracture could reach satisfied curative effect.
