威佳治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎100例疗效分析

观察威佳促肝细胞生长素(PHGF)治疗重度慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。选择我院2001年5月-2002年5月期间收治的病毒性重度慢性乙型肝炎患者150例，进行回顾性队列分析，其中，联合使用威佳患者100例，设为试验组，未用威佳音50例，设为对照组，其他保肝药物均相同，均不用抗病毒药物，以治疗6周后观察其临床疗效。治疗6周后症状改善，试验组与对照组总有效率分别为84．4％和67．98％；降黄两组有效率分别为88．0％和58．0％；对肝功能的改善两组有显著性差异，(P＜0．05)。对乙肝病毒标记物的转换率无差异。试验组无任何毒副反应。

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of Weijia severe chronic B type viral hepatits

To observe the therapeutic reaction of Weijia on promoting hepacellular growth factor (PHGF) in 100 patients with severe chronic hepatitis B. Retrospective analysis is adopted. 150 patients with severe chronic B type viral hepatitis in our hospital from May 2001 to May 2002 were selected, in which 100 patients was assigned as test group and other 50 patients was assigned as control group. Two groups took the same liver protecting drugs, without antivirus drugs, in addition to Weijia PHGF for test group. Therapy reaction was assessed at six weeks later. Symptom relieving rate was 84.4% in test group, 67.89% in control group; efficiency rate for icterus was 88.0% and 58.0% respectively; there was signficantly difference between two groups on improving liver function ( P < 0.05) . No difference was found between two groups on converting rate of markers of Hepatitis B type virus, no side effects were emerged in test group.
