| 摘 要： | 本文分析了河北省继续医学教育体系的工作状况,认为该体系的运行是有效的.同时研究了目前存在的主要问题,认为在未来的继续医学教育工作中应进一步加强制度化,要科学定位继续医学教育在医院发展中的地位,遵循市场化规律,形成适合各类机构卫生技术人员的继续医学教育模式.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the running status of Continuing Medical Education (CME) system in Heoei Province. The system runs effectively.The main objectives about this work in the future are to make CME more systematize and logical.CME should be put in an important position reasonably in the development of the hospital.And the regulation of market should be followed.Then the educational model can be formed, which is suitable to all the medical workers in various hospitals. |
