消风活血、润肺利气法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘

目的:观察中医消风活血、润肺利气治法对咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的临床疗效。方法:82例CVA患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组40例。治疗组应用具有消风活血、润肺利气作用的中药煎剂,对照组应用布地奈德粉吸入剂及盐酸丙卡特罗片治疗。观察两组临床症状改善情况、诱导痰嗜酸粒细胞(EOS)计数、血清总IgE水平及最大呼气峰流速日变异率(PEFR)。结果:两组中大部分患者临床症状都有不同程度改善,治疗组总有效率92.85%,对照组为78.94%,治疗组临床症状改善优于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者诱导痰EOS计数及PEFR%均有所下降,但无统计学意义(P>0.05);血清总IgE水平治疗组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05)。结论:中医消风活血、润肺利气治法对CVA有明确治疗作用,能较快控制临床症状,改善患者变态反应,减轻气道炎症。

Clinical Research of Xiaofeng Huoxue and Runfei Liqi Method for Treating Cough Variant Asthma

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Xiaofeng Huoxue and Runfei Liqi method for treating cough variant asthma (CVA). Methods:82 cases of CVA were divided into the treatment group (42 cases) and the contrast group (40 cases) randomly. The treatment group was treated by the self-made decoction with function of xiaofeng huoxue and runfei liqi. The contrast group was treated by budesonide powder for inhalation and procaterol hydrochloride tablets. The clinical symptoms, eosinophil cell ounting of induced sputum, serum total IgE level and the peak expiratory flow rate (PEFR%) were observed. Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the contrast group was 92.85% and 78.94% respectively. The clinical symptom improvement of the treatment group was superior to that of the contrast group. The difference had a statistic meaning (P<0.05). The eosinophil cell ounting of induced sputum and PEFR% of two groups was decreased with no significant difference (P>0.05). The serum total IgE level of the treatment group was much reduced than that of the contrast group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Xiaofeng Huoxue and Runfei Liqi method is effective on treating CVA by quick controling the clinical symptoms, improving the metamorphic reaction and tracheal inflammation.
