髂内动脉灌注在治疗宫颈癌中的应用

目的　探讨超选择性髂内动脉插管灌注化疗宫颈癌的临床价值。方法　 5 0例宫颈癌 ,采用Seldinger’s技术选择性髂内动脉插管 ,联合抗癌药物灌注化疗及放疗。根据妇科和超声检查及临床症状改善情况以评价近期疗效并随访。结果　近期疗效为完全缓解 (CR ) 8例 ( 16.0 % ) ,部分缓解 (PR) 3 2例 ( 64 .0 % ) ,稳定 (NC) 10例 ( 2 0 .0 % ) ,总有效率为80 .0 %。随访 5年 ,生存率为 1年者占 84.0 % ( 4 2 /5 0 ) ,3年者占 5 2 .0 % ( 2 6/5 0 ) ,5年者占 44 .0 % ( 2 2 /5 0 )。结论　髂内动脉插管灌注化疗治疗晚期宫颈癌的疗效确切 ,毒副作用较轻 ,值得临床推广。

Internal Iliac Artery Infusion in Treatment of Cervical Carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of internal iliac artery infusion in the treatment of cervical carcinoma. Methods Fifty patients with cervical carcinoma were administered to internal iliac artery infusion of combining anticarcinogen and radiation with Seldinger's technique. All the patients with clinical diagnosis were evaluated by the findings of ultrasound.Results Eight cases of CRs, 32 PRs and 10 NCs were achieved. All patients had been followed up for 5 years, 1, 3 and 5 years survival rates were 84.0%, 52.0%, 44.0% respectively. Conclusion Internal iliac artery infusion in the treatment of cervical carcinoma is of great effect, so it is worth being further expanded.
