雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流病46例疗效分析

目的对雷贝拉唑治疗胃食管反流病的疗效分析。方法回顾分析46例胃食管反流病患者采用雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利与44例奥美拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗的疗效分析，分别对治疗后4周、8周的临床症状改善情况及8周后的胃镜检查情况进行分析，采用配对t检验。结果治疗4、8周时治疗组总有效率分别为87％、96％，对照组总有效率分别为64％、75％。结论治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。

Effect of rabeprazole on treating gastroesophageal reflux in 46 cases
