重症心脏瓣膜病的临床特点和手术治疗规范

目的 通过对34例重症心脏瓣膜病患的治疗分析，找到重症心脏瓣膜病的诊治规律，提高诊治水平。方法对我院自1995年7月至2002年12月收治的34例重症心脏瓣膜病病例进行回顾性分析，并结合国内外相关献进行对比分析。结果术后共有23例出现并发症，治愈30例，死亡4例。结论重症心脏瓣膜病的诊断标准有5点．但要根据患情况进行判断。围手术期必须使用洋地黄、极化液(GIK液)等强心、利尿治疗。开放主动脉阻断时要用洋地黄、速尿并补钾。对术前患有脑梗塞的病人，体外循环转流要平稳。

The surgical operation treatment of the advanced heart valve disease

Objective Tracked and analyzed 34 cases, in order to find out the diagnostic regulation of the advanced heart valve disease, improve the therapeutic level. Methods A review analysis aim at 34 advanced heart valve disease cases in our hospital from July 1995 to Dec. 2002, combine with the study of domestic and overseas published interrelated articles. Results In all 34 cases, 30 cases cured, 4 cases failed, and after operation complication appeared in 23 cases. Conclusion There are 5 diagnostic standard points to diagnose the advanced heart valve disease. The doctor should judge according to the patient's situation. It's necessary to use digitalis and GIK liquid strengthen heart and benefit urine during peri-operative. Must use digitalis, lasix and supply potassium during opening arota block. Steady the patient's circulation of outside circulation, that's very important to the patients whose brain obstruct before operation.
