| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声诊断小儿肠套叠及水压灌肠复位的临床应用价值。方法超声诊断206例小儿肠套叠并在超声监视下温盐水灌肠复位200例。结果诊断符合率100％，复位成功率97％。结论小儿肠套叠超声检查为首选检查手段，在超声监视下水压灌肠复位，操作简便，经济安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical application of ultrasound guided diagnosis and reduction of children intussusception.Methods A total of 206 cases with intussusception were diagnosed with ultrasonogrphy.Water enema for reduction of intussusception under ultrasound guidance was performed in 200 cases.Results The diagnostic accuray rate was 100%and the cure rate was 97 %.Conclusions Ultrasonography is the primary method for the diagnosis of intussusception.Hydrostatic peressure enema reduction of intussusception under ultrasound guidance is simple,convenient and easy to master.It is a safe,economic and reliable method worthy for application. |
