| 摘 要： | 为观察大蒜素对胃腺癌SGC 790 1细胞端粒酶活性和细胞凋亡的影响。采用不同浓度的大蒜素处理SGC 790 1细胞后 ,用流式细胞仪检测细胞周期和凋亡的改变 ;用TRAP PCR ELISA法检测端粒酶活性的变化。结果显示 ,大蒜素能够改变细胞周期的分布 ,增加G2 /M期细胞比例 ;呈剂量依赖性诱导其凋亡 ;大蒜素对端粒酶活性的抑制作用也有时间和剂量依赖性。提示大蒜素能够抑制端粒酶的活性 ,促进细胞凋亡

| Abstract: | To investigate the effects of allicin on both telomerase activity and apoptosis of the gastric cancer SGC 7901 cells. Gastric adencarcinoma cancer SGC 7901 cells were treated with allicin, and cell period, apoptosis, and telomerase activity were studied by flow cytometry and TRAP PCR ELISA assay. The results showed that allicin could induce apoptosis of the cells in a dose dependent manner and increase the proportion of cells in the G 2 /M phase, inhibit the telomerase activity in time dependent and dose dependent manners. It was concluded that allicin could inhibit telomerase activity and induce apoptosis of gastric cancer SGC 7901 cells. |
