腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的疗效比较

目的比较腹腔镜手术和开腹手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤的临床疗效。方法将82例卵巢良性肿瘤患者按随机数字表法分为2组：试验组41例实施腹腔镜手术治疗,对照组41例采用开腹手术治疗。比较2组的手术时间、术中出血情况、排气时间、术后并发症发生情况及住院时间等。结果试验组手术时间、术后排气时间及住院时间均较对照组显著缩短（P〈0.05）,术中出血量与术后并发症发生率均较对照组明显减少（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜手术治疗卵巢良性肿瘤疗效显著,安全可靠,有利于减少患者痛苦。

Comparison of Laparoscopic and Open Operation for Benign Ovarian Tumor

Objective To compare the clinical efficacies of laparoscopic and open operation in the treatment of benign ovarian tumor. Methods Eighty-two patients with benign ovarian tumor were randomly assigned to receive either laparoscopic operation（experimental group, n=41） or open operation（control group, n =41）. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, time to first postoperative flatus,postoperative complications and hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with control group, the operation time, time to first postoperative flatus and length of hospital stay were shortened and the volume of intraoperative blood loss and incidence of postoperative complications were decreased in experimental group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation is an effective, safe and reliable treatment that contributes to pain relief in patients with benign ovarian tumor.
