九江市部分哮喘的控制状况及对疾病认知程度的调查

目的了解九江市哮喘患者的控制状况及对疾病的认知程度。方法对九江学院附属医院就诊的160例哮喘患者进行哮喘问卷调查和肺功能检测。结果 160例哮喘患者哮喘控制测试（ACT）评分完全控制占11.25%,良好控制占53.75%,占未控制占35.00%。1 s用力呼气容积（FEV1）占预计值%与ATAQ评分之间无显著的相关性（r=0.634 3,P=0.356）,而与ACT评分及AQLQ均分之间有显著的相关性（r=0.919 8,P〈0.001）。哮喘患者对＂疾病本质的认识＂＂应规律使用的一线药物＂＂短效β2激动剂的使用指征＂及＂哮喘治疗目标＂的回答正确率分别为67.5%、33.8%、59.4%和56.3%。哮喘患者对疾病认知程度与哮喘控制状况之间有显著的相关性（r=0.872 1,P〈0.001）。结论九江市部分哮喘患者的哮喘控制水平较低,哮喘规范化治疗需要做大量的工作,同时需加强对哮喘患者的教育与管理。

Control Status and Patient Awareness of Asthma in Jiujiang City

Objective To understand the control status and patient awareness of asthma in Jiujiang city. Methods Questionnaire survey and pulmonary function test were performed in 160 asthma patients treated in the Affiliated Hospital of Jiujiang University.Results According to the Asthma Control Test（ACT）score, asthma was completely controlled in 11.25% of the 160 patients, well controlled in 53.75% and poorly-controlled in 35.00%. There was no significant correlation between FEV1%predicted and AQLQ score（r =0.634 3, P =0.356）.However,ACT score was significantly correlated with AQLQ score（r=0.919 8,P〈0.001）. In addition, 67.5%, 33.8%, 59.4% and 56.3% of these patients gave the correct answers to the questions of ＂nature of asthma＂,＂first-line drugs used regularly＂,＂indications for use of short-acting β2-agonists＂ and ＂asthma treatment goals＂, respectively. There was a significant correlation between asthma control status and patient awareness（r=0.872 1,P〈0.001）. Conclusion The status of asthma control was poor in Jiujiang city. It is necessary to strengthen the standardized treatment of asthma and the education and management of asthma patients.
