| 摘 要： | 通过借鉴美国医学会对医疗服务系统研究报告的理念,分析了目前医疗服务的现状,探讨了引起医疗质量低下的原因,重点阐述了建立以患者为中心、安全、有效、及时、高效和公平的医疗服务模式的六点对策,以提升医疗质量和保障患者安全.

| Abstract: | With reference to the research report of American Medical Association on the healthcare system,the paper analyzed the existing medical service,and probed into the causes of poor quality of care The author staged the six countermeasures highlighting patient-focus,safe,effective,timely,efficient and fair medical service models,in the hope of improving quality of care and ensuring patient safety. |
