| 摘 要： | 本组68例前列腺增生症(BPH)患者,行经尿道前列腺电汽切术(TVP)治疗,术后平均随访9个月,结果显示IPSS由22-27分降至0-3分,QOL由4-6分降至0-3分。认为TVP治疗BPH,具有止血效果好,留置尿管时间短,住院时间短,操作简单易掌握,是治疗BPH的一个极有前途的方法。

| Abstract: | Transuretural vaporization of prostate (TVP) was ailoptec for the management of BPH in 68 cases follow-up is an average of 9 months. 1-PSS Iron 22 - 27 to 0 - 3, Qol from 4 - 6 to 0- 3,TVP was claimed to be effective short catheter time, short hospital stay and easy to operale. If is a bright future mothod to treat BPH. |
