燮痹方对佐剂大鼠Th1/Th2型细胞因子的调节作用

目的 :探讨燮痹方抑制大鼠佐剂性关节炎与调节Th1/Th2型细胞因子平衡作用。方法 :采用具有平调寒热、燮理阴阳、通经除痹作用的燮痹方 ,以火把花根为阳性对照组 ;建立AA大鼠模型 ,随机分为燮痹方高剂量组、燮痹方低剂量组、芬必得组、火把花根片组、模型组、正常组 6组 ,观察各组对大鼠关节肿胀度和Th1/Th2型细胞因子及IL 1β、IL 2、TNF α的影响。结果 :燮痹方各组与模型组、火把花根片组、芬必得组相比 ,能显著减轻关节肿胀度 ,明显降低IL 1β、TNF α ,尤其能明显降低IFN γ/与IL 4比值。结论 :燮痹方能提高抗炎作用 ,并与调节Th1/Th2型细胞因子失衡有关。

STUDY ON REGULATIVE EFFECTS of XIEBI DECOCTION TO TH1/TH2 OF RATS WITH ADJUVANT ARTHRITIS

Objective: to study the effect of xiebi decoction on the adjuvant arthritis (AA) rats and its regulative effect on the T cell's subgroup. Methods: adopting the xiebi decoction as the treated group , its main function is regulating cold and heat, inducing menstruation to remove bi?syndrome .Selecting huoba huagen tablets as the control group. The AA rat models were made and were randomly divided into six groups, the xiebi decoction group, fenbid group,huoba huagen tablets group, model group. To observer the six groups effect on the joint and the Th1/Th2 cellular factor, IL?1β、IL?2,TNF?α.Results :compared with the model group,huoba huagen group ,fenbid group,xiebi decoction can transparently alleviate the oncotic degree of all rats'joints, and decrease the amount of IL?1β、TNF?α,particularly decrease the ratio of IFN?γ/IL?4.Conclusion: xiebi decoction can transparently regulate the anti?inflammation, and this action have relation with the action that it can regulate the out?of?balance of the ratio of Th1/Th2.
