结肠癌术后复发原因临床分析

目的:探讨结肠癌术后复发的原因,以期达到早期诊断提高术后复发的治疗效果.方法:回顾性分析68例结肠癌术后复发病人的临床资料.结果:吻合口复发27例,腹腔广泛种植复发20例,腹壁切口复发11例,腹腔淋巴结复发9例.19例根治性手术病人中位生存25个月,加例非根治性手术病人中位生存8个月.结论:结肠癌术后复发原因多样,定期随访是早期诊断的关键.积极手术治疗,可改善病人的生存质量、延长生存期.

Clinical analyses of recurrence of colon cancer after radical resection

Objective:To explore the factors related to recurrence of colon cancer after radical resection for the early diagnosis and improving the effect of treatment.Methods:Clinical data of 68 cases with recurrence colon cancer after resection from Jan.1999 to Jan.2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Anastomosis recurrence occurred in 27 cases,abdominal cavity transplant recurrence in 20 cases,abdominal incision recurrence in 11 cases and abdominal cavity lymph node recurrence in 9 cases.19 cases received radical resection with a median survival was 25 months,40 cases received palliative resection with a median survival 8 months.Conclusion:Cause of recidivation of colon cancer is multiple postoperation.Regular follow-up is the key factor for early diagnosis.The recurrence of colon cancer still needs active surgical treatment in order to prolong the survival time and improve quality of life.
