| 摘 要： | 自1987年11月至1997年5月共收治住院烧伤患者6218例，其中治愈6118例，治愈率98．29％，死亡100例，死亡率为1．61％。其中大面积烧伤（TBSA成人大于50％，小儿大于30％）600例，治愈519例，治愈率86．5％，死亡81例，死亡率为13．5％。常见并发症中发生率最高的是肺部感染（98例，占1．58％），其次为心功能不全（50例，占0．80％），肾功能不全（24例，占0．39％）等。6218中发生休克389例，休克发生率6．54％；全身感染206例，全身感染发生率3．32％。

| Abstract: | During the period from November, 1987 to May 1997, 6218 cases of burn were treatedin our hospital. 6118 cases were cured, the curative rate was 98. 29%. 100 cases died, the death ratewas 1.61%. 600 cases had large area burn (adults>50% TBSA and children>30%), among them519 cases cured, curative rate 86.5% 81 cases died, death rate 13.5%. The incidence of complicationsincluded pulmonary infections (98 cases, accounted for 1.58%), cardiac insufficiency (50 cases, 0.80%), renal insufficiency (24 cases, 0.39% ), etc. 389 cases had shock (5.54% ) and 206 cases hadsystemic infections (3.32%). |
