| 摘 要： | 目的:分析和探讨冠心病介入术后尿潴留发生的原因。方法:调查本科室2000年7月至2005年1月的60例冠心病介入术后出现尿潴留患者。结果:冠心病介入术后不习惯床上平卧排尿而出现尿潴留的患者比例较大。结论:通过对冠心病介入术后尿潴留病人针对性护理,使尿潴留问题得到有效解决。

| Abstract: | Objective Analyze and discuss the reason of urinary retention appearance in post-operative CAG & PTCA.Methods To investigate 60 patient of urinary retention appearance in post-operative CAG & PTCA in our department between July,2000 and January,2005.Results The large proportion of patient of appearance urinary retention appearance in post-operative CAG & PTCA is horizontal position micturition dishabituate in the bed.Conclusions Specified nursing for patient of urinary retention appearance in post-operative CAG & PTCA, make the problem of urinary retention resolve effectively. |
