| 摘 要： | 目的明确胸痹心痛的中医危险证型.方法对375例胸痹心痛患者进行证候分型和冠状动脉造影检查,通过聚类分析、定量分析冠状动脉造影结果与各证型的关系.结果与冠心病关系最近为血瘀证,其次为气虚证,阳虚证、痰浊证、寒凝证更次之,阴虚证与气滞证的关系最远.结论胸痹心痛的中医危险证型依次是血瘀证、气虚证、阳虚证、痰浊证、寒凝证,阴虚证和气滞证为胸痹心痛的中医非危险证型.

| Abstract: | Obiective:To determine the dangerous Pattern of Syndrome in TCM of Chest Obstruction with Pain .Methods:375 patients were differentiated symptoms and sign for classification of syndrome in TCM,and were performed coronary arteriography. The relations between the results of coronary arteriograpby and the Pattern of Syndromes through cluster analysis and quantitative analysis.Results:In the order of danger, these Pattern of Syndromes in TCM of Chest Obstruction with Pain are Blood Stasis,Deficiency of Qi, Insufficiency of Yang,Phlegm-Damp,Cold Coagulatin.While the Yin-Deficiency Type,the Stagnation of Qi are undangerous Pattern of Syndromes. Conclussion:These results could afford information for studying and treatment of Chest Obstruction with Pain. |
