| 摘 要： | 为适应医疗发展和病人对护理专业服务的需求,不断提高专科护理的内在质量,我院制定下发了<医院专病专护技术建设方案>,在医院内建立专科技术管理的组织系统,落实技术管理的责任制.带领全院各科室组织实施具有建设专科特色的专病专护研究,给护理专业的创新与发展带来生机,护理人员专业素质和护理科技含量得到提高,促进了护理学科的技术建设,收到显著效果.

| Abstract: | In order to meet the need of development of medicine and nursing services and to improve the intrinsic quality of nursing,"Program on nursing specialty"was issued in our hospital and the supervisory organization for nursing specialty was set up.The program guides us to carry out the researches on nursing specialty and to be a more qualified nursing staff. |
