| 摘 要： | 按中医辨证分型将糖尿病分为阴虚热盛，气阴两虚，阴阳两虚，血瘀气滞和痰湿内阻5种证型，回顾分析近10年来此5种证型与现代医学客观指标之间关系的研究概况，认为糖尿病各种证型与相关指标之间存在着一定的对应关系，各种证型可有一定程度的“客观”化，这对糖尿病准确客观地辨证分型有所裨益。

Research Advance on the Correlation Between Diabetic Patterns and Laboratory Indexes |

| Abstract: | In Chinese medicine,diabetes is categorized into yin deficiency and heat pattern,qi yin deficiency pattern,yin yang deficiency pattern,qi blood stagnation pattern,and phlegm dampness retention pattern.This paper reviews and analyzes the correlation between the patterns and laboratory indexes,and concludes that the patterns have certain correlation with laboratory indexes,which indicates that the patterns can be someway objectified and helps its diagnosis and treatment. |
