| 摘 要： | 探讨PBL教学模式在医学免疫学教学中的应用，以问题为基础，进行小组讨论式学习。结果显示，PBL教学组学生的自主学习、分析和解决问题的能力均较传统授课组明显提高，同时也增强了学生之间的团队精神。PBL教学有助于医学生成为终生学习者，变被动为主动学习，值得推广。

| Abstract: | To observe the application of problem-based learning in the teaching of medical immunology, we taught this course in a small-group format, based on clinical cases. The results showed that PBL teaching method could promote the skills of self-directed learning, problem analysis and problem solving, and cooperation with others. Based on all the above, PBL curriculum appears to be beneficial in better preparing the medical students as life-long learners and its use is likely to increase further. |
