PBL教学模式在医学免疫学教学中的实践

摘    要:探讨PBL教学模式在医学免疫学教学中的应用,以问题为基础,进行小组讨论式学习。结果显示,PBL教学组学生的自主学习、分析和解决问题的能力均较传统授课组明显提高,同时也增强了学生之间的团队精神。PBL教学有助于医学生成为终生学习者,变被动为主动学习,值得推广。

Abstract:To observe the application of problem-based learning in the teaching of medical immunology, we taught this course in a small-group format, based on clinical cases. The results showed that PBL teaching method could promote the skills of self-directed learning, problem analysis and problem solving, and cooperation with others. Based on all the above, PBL curriculum appears to be beneficial in better preparing the medical students as life-long learners and its use is likely to increase further.
