15例眶上壁骨折的分析

目的 探讨眶上壁骨折的诊断治疗特点。方法 回顾分析了15例眶上壁骨折的临床表现和治疗方法。结果 眶上区瘢痕、眼球运动障碍和眼球移位的构成分别为86．7％、66．7％和53．3％；脑脊液漏和视力减失构成分别为26．7％和33．3％。无移位骨折、症状轻的移位骨折采取保守治疗；症状明显的移位骨折采取经颅或经眶复位骨折片，修复脑膜的手术。结论 眶上区瘢痕、眼球运动障碍和眼球移位是眶上壁骨折的常见临床表现；骨折片移位的程度和临床表现是眶上壁骨折选择治疗方法的依据。

15 cases of orbital roof fracture analysis

Objective To investigate the principle of diagnosis and treatment of the orbital roof fracture, Methods 15 cases of orbital roof fracture were reviewed and the incidence of major clinical presentations were estimated and the surgical procedures were analysed.Results Supraorbital scar, ocular motion restriction and ocular displacement occurred in 86.7%, 66.7% and 53.3% respectively; Cerebrospinal fluid leak and visual impairment or loss occurred in 26.7% and 33,3% respectively. Nondisplaced or no-symptom orbital roof fracture were not managed by surgical intervenetion; Displaced fractures with severe symptoms were managed by neurosurgical or ophthalmologic appreach.Condusions Supraorbital scar, ocular motion restriction and ocular displacement are the most common symptom of orbital roof fractures; The choice of treatment is based on the displacement and clinical findings.
