淄博市老年肺结核可疑者肺结核防治核心信息知晓情况调查

目的对老年肺结核可疑者结核病防治核心信息知晓率水平及相关因素进行调查分析,为开展老年人群结核病防治工作提供依据。方法 2013年4～12月对淄博市65岁及以上肺结核可疑者进行问卷调查,采用Epidata 3.1及SPSS17.0进行数据整理分析。结果共对831例老年肺结核可疑者进行问卷调查,肺结核防治核心信息总知晓率为60.3%（传播途径知晓率64.5%、可疑症状知晓率66.3%、就诊机构知晓率50.1%）,性别（P〈0.05）、年龄（P〈0.05）、结核病史（P〈0.01）、症状持续时间（P〈0.01）是可疑症状者核心信息知晓情况的主要影响因素。结论老年肺结核可疑者核心信息知晓率较低。在今后的结核病防治信息传播上,要根据性别、年龄及病史情况,有针对、有重点地采取健康宣教措施。

Survey on the Awareness Status of Core Information for Tuberculosis Prevention and Control Knowledge Among Elderly Tuberculosis Suspects,Zibo City

Objective To investigate and analyze the awareness of core information and related factors,so as to provide basis for elderly tuberculosis prevention and control. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among TB suspects over 65 years old during April-December,2013.Data collection and analysis were conducted by SPSS 17.0and Epidata 3.1. Results A total of 831 TB suspects received the questionnaire survey.The general TB knowledge awareness rate was 60.3%（while the awareness rate of transmission routes was 64.5%,rate of suspicious symptoms was 66.3%and awareness of treatment agencies was 50.1%）,with main factors of gender,age（P 0.05）,TB history and duration of symptoms（P 0.01）. Conclusion TB knowledge awareness rate is low among elderly TB suspects.It is necessary to conduct targeted and focused TB health education according to gender,age and TB history.
