左卡尼丁对抗大鼠力竭运动损伤及保护肾脏的作用与机制

摘    要:目的:探讨左卡尼丁对抗大鼠力竭运动损伤及保护肾脏的作用与机制。方法将36只SD大鼠随机分成对照组、模型组和左卡尼丁组3组。力竭运动后立即测定跑台力竭时间以及血清中的BUN、CK、LDH、SOD、MDA、肌糖原、肝糖原、血糖等指标,取肾组织测定Fas、caspase8、Bax、Bcl-2的变化。结果左卡尼丁组与模型组比较,大鼠运动后大鼠体内肝糖原、肌糖原增高(P<0.05),BUN、CK、LDH、MDA降低(P<0.05),Fas、caspase8、Bax的表达降低,Bcl-2的表达增加(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼丁对抗大鼠力竭运动损伤,对力竭运动所致大鼠的肾脏具有保护作用,其机制与抑制细胞的凋亡有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of L-carnitine on resistant sport fatigue and attenuate exercise-induced renal injury .Methods Thirty-six rats were randomly divided into three groups :normal group ,saline sport group ,L-carnitine treat-ment group .Kidney and blood sample were quickly moved after the last exhaustive exercise ,the level of BUN ,CK ,LDH , MDA ,muscle glycogen liver glycogen and blood glycose were tested and Fas ,caspase-8 ,Bax ,Bcl-2 protein detected was marked by western blot .Results L-carnitine obviously increased the liver glycogen and muscle glycogen (P<0.05) ,reduced the BUN , CK ,LDH and MDA(P<0.05) ,reduced the expression of Fas ,caspase-8 ,Bax and increased the expression of Bcl-2(P<0.05) . Conclusion L-carnitine increases energy storage and accumulation ,and inhibits cell apoptosis .
