牙周炎患者唾液、龈沟液中 NO 水平与牙周炎的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:检测正常人和牙周病患者唾液及龈沟液(GCF)中一氧化氮(NO)含量,探讨NO在牙周病发病过程中的作用。方法选择牙周健康者20例,慢性牙周炎患者30例,分别采集唾液及GCF标本,硝酸还原酶法检测唾液及GCF内NO的含量。结果慢性牙周炎患者唾液及GCF内NO含量与牙周健康者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),慢性牙周炎患者唾液及GCF内NO含量与牙周临床指标呈正相关。结论牙周健康者、慢性牙周炎患者唾液及GCF中均能检测出NO的存在,唾液及GCF中NO水平高于牙周健康者,提示NO参与了慢性牙周炎的发展过程,唾液及GCF内NO含量与慢性牙周炎炎症程度密切相关。

Abstract:Objective To observe the level of nitric oxide(NO) in saliva ,gingival crevicular fluid(GCF) in normal group and periodontitis group ,and to study the possible role of NO in the periodontal disease .Methods The saliva and GCF samples were collected in 20 periodontal healthy individuals ,30 chronic periodontitis patients .The level of nitric oxide in saliva and GCF was measured by nitrate reductase method .Results The nitric oxide in saliva and GCF were significant different in chronic peri‐odontitis group from that in control group(P<0.01) .There is a positive correction between the nitric oxide in saliva ,GCF and degree of periodontal inflammation .Conclusion Nitric oxide exists in saliva ,GCF of patients with chronic periodontitis and gin‐givitis and periodontal healthy individuals .Nitric oxide plays an important role in the development of chronic periodontal dis‐ease .The level of nitric oxide in saliva and GCF have close relation with degree of periodontal inflammation .
