妊娠合并梅毒的筛查和消毒隔离

目的了解妊娠合并梅毒的发病情况,探讨妊娠合并梅毒的筛查和医院消毒隔离管理措施. 方法调查分析1997～2001年院收治的26例妊娠合并梅毒的住院病历. 结果我院妊娠合并梅毒的发病率1997～1998年为0、1999～2001年妊娠合并梅毒26例,平均发病率为0.21%,其中一期梅毒1例、二期梅毒2例、潜伏梅毒23例. 结论妊娠合并梅毒的发病率呈迅速上升趋势,且以潜伏梅毒占多数,必须加强孕期梅毒筛查,早期诊断及治疗,规范消毒隔离措施,防止梅毒医院感染.

Screening, Disinfection and Isolation of Syphilis in Pregnancy

OBJECTIVE To investigate the situation of syphilis in pregnancy, and to study the measures of screening, disinfection and isolation of the disease. METHODS To analyze the health records of 26 syphilis cases in pregnancy diagnosed and treated in our hospital from 1997 to 2001. RESULTS The incidence rate of syphilis in pregnancy in 1997-2001 was 0, in 1999-2001 was 0.21%. There were 1 case of primary syphilis, 2 cases of secondary syphilis and 23 cases of latent syphilis. CONCLUSIONS The incidence rate of syphilis in pregnancy is rising rapidly and most of them are latent syphilis. We must strengthen the screening of syphilis in pregnancy, diagnose and treat as early as possible and standardize the measures of disinfection and isolation to prevent its spreading in the hospital.
