| Abstract: | Correction of lower lip incontinence by suspending the lower lip to the zygomatic muscle by means of a muscle flap of the
lower lateral orbicularis oris is described. In the absence of a suitable muscle, the suspension is achieved by a strip of
lyophilized dura. Reports on two patients are presented. |
