| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿甲状腺功能减低症的超声检查意义。方法对新生儿筛查、检出、确诊的48例甲状腺功能减低症者进行了二维及彩色多普勒超声观察，并与正常新生儿甲状腺进行对比分析。结果48例患者中26例甲状腺明显肿大，彩色多普勒血流信号增加，12例甲状腺显示正常；4例发育异常；4例甲状腺发育不良；2例甲状腺缺如。结论超声检查有助于新生儿甲状腺功能减低症的鉴别及对程度的判断，对临床治疗有重要指导意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of ult rasonography in diagnosis of neonatal hypothyroidism Methods:Two-dimensional and color Doppler ultrasound examinati ons were performed among 48 screened cases The acoustic images of the hypothyro idism confirmed were compared with those of the normal neonates Results:There were 26 cases with thyroid glands diffusely enlarg ed and blood flow increased;12 cases with nomal thyroid glands;8 cases with thyr oid dysgensis;2 cases with thyroid deficit Conclusions:Ultrasonography is helpful to determine the severity of neonatal hypothyroidism and to make differential diagnosis,which is of great significance to the clinic |
